Module 1: Communication

"Fly Right" represents a shift in thinking about how one does his or her job. It  encourages individuals to feel personally responsible for success of the business and corporate safety (on the ground and in the air) with the tools to walk the walk. 


For communication skills to be fully effective, employees should be encouraged to use "Fly Right" tools, believe in the use of those tools, and be shown that those tools make a  difference.

"Fly Right" aims to build stronger business teams through improved coordination, communication, and increased awareness.
